VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (FTN) – A Mickey Roadster Racer has a new home, but some say it may not be long term.
Last week, the Roadster Racer found himself in the top dresser drawer.
“I don’t know what was in there, and I really don’t care,” Mickey said. “I’m just really excited to have a covered parking spot, safe from the dog and cats.”
But one local parent says he shouldn’t get used to it.
“That is for clothes. Alex has this fun new hobby of throwing everything out of his drawers on to his bedroom floor,” Ami Essex said.
The Alex in question is almost two-year-old Alexander Essex.
Mickey said he doesn’t really care what is happening, it will take a judge’s order and Sheriff Woody to get him out.
“I am safe in here…and this room is Alex’s room…not mommy’s room,” Mickey said.
Ami had stern words for the mouse.
“I will take his batteries out and put them in a <explitative> toddler tablet. He doesn’t want to test me,” Ami told us.
We will continue to follow this developing story and bring you more information as soon as it becomes available.
